Webkinz World is experiencing an issue with gardening

Our Webkinz gardens on several of our accounts are messed up. You can see from the picture they it just looks like dirt. You can pull up the tools and it says everything is growing normal. I sure hope that nothing happens to these gardens, since we have several that are loaded with veggies. There has been a lot of time and money spent on growing these veggie patches.

In the Estore I bought the special climbing vine/plant for my sister to enjoy–since she really likes to “do” the gardening. However, on our computer we cannot “do” anything to/for that plant!!! We cannot water it, weed it, dig it…nor MOVE it. It just starts to grow and then starts to die. Anyone know anyway to get to take care of that thing??? Even my granddaughter can’t help us!!
