When a Webkinz user emailed Ganz support about loosing a trading card series 2 items. The user emailed because one of her special items had disappeared and she wanted it back. When tech support sent the item back, what she received was a mystery surprise. Seems that tech support must have mistaken the item she was writing about and sent her back a yet to be released Super Bed.
