Webkinz World experiencing trouble again tonight

Looks like Ganz is having another glitch in tonight. If you try and place something from your dock into your room, it will not let you. The item does not go into your pets room. It just stays in the dock and does not give any error message. My son registered his Lil’ Kinz Polar Bear tonight and could not open up the gift box because of this. My daughter was also having the same problem just trying to decorate one of her pets rooms. Hopefully this will be corrected soon by Ganz.

We had on and off again troubles getting into webkinz. One week it is great then we can’t get into webkinz at all. I have done everything possible I know of to figure it out. My kids are terrible disappointed and I am at the point of saying no to getting anymore webkinz. I have a new Mac computer as well.
Ideas?
I’m having trouble accessing to Wshop,kinzpost and my dock. It was just working fine 2nd week of November. But all of the sudden when I finished harvesting around 1000 crops out of my garden it won’t load my dock and affected Wshop and kinzpost. Been trouble feeding my pet if I don’t have my garden and daily care won’t able to feed my pet.
