Answers to basic Webkinz questions

These are some basic questions that were submitted by readers and found on the Webkinz help page.

Can the Webkinz pets be machine washed? - The pets should not be machine washed. If you do need to clean them, it’s best to clean them with a damp washcloth and a small amount of baby shampoo.

What is the maximum number of pets you can adopt? - There is no official max for the number of Webkinz that you can adopt on one account. Ganz does recomend a max of 100 pets per account. If you have more than 100 you should create another account.

What do you get with each Pet adoption? - The first pet you get $2000 kinzcash  and a Guide book. For pets 2 - 10 you will get $2500 Kinzcash, a medium sized room and a special item. For 11 and up pets you will get $3500 Kinzcash, an exclusive item and either a Super Bed or roll of the bonus Dice. When you adopt your Tenth pet and every Firth one after that you will get a Super Bed.

    Our granddaughters last adopted new pets in December 2007 and Feb. 2008. They can’t log on using their ids and passwords and the screen so go back to log in as “new user” they are afraid their pets will die and are so sad. They don’t visit us that often and we usually get them a new webkin each when they do. We need help to logging on and saving our granddaughter’s pets. We will gladly pay to be reinistated if that is necessary.
